The Bloodshot Eye is the reincarnation of the Eye of Cthulhu seeking vengeance against the one who slew it. The Bloodshot Eye is a Pre-Hardmode Blood Moon Boss that is summoned by killing three Necro Casters on a Blood Moon, or by using a Bloodied Maw at night.
